Message: Ascent Institute of Tsfat organized a special weekend seminar that began on Thursday and ended Sunday dedicated in memory of Sarah Rohr. The program included more than 10 different Torah classes, a tour of the holy city of Tsfat, a hike and 6 lively meals where her name was mentioned and her partnership in Ascent discussed. More than sixty college-age students participated.  May she be a defender of her family and the Jewish people from her place of honor above.

Message: We, in Lugano, Switzerland, have marked Mrs. Rohr’s Yarzeit with the opening of our Hebrew School. 18 children are registered in the school.  On Monday, we are closing on our new Chabad Center. In addition to a Shul and communal hall, the center will include a small kosher shop allowing many of our members to start keeping kosher. May Mrs. Sarah Rohr be a Gutte Better for all of us and especially for her husband, the great Baal Tzedaka.
